GENERAL OVERVIEW

The sensor for advanced vibration analysis represents innovation in the field of vibrational diagnostics, the monitoring of operating conditions (condition monitoring) and preventive and predictive maintenance.

The triaxial sensor is robust (IP 67), practical and lightweight (55 g and dimensions are reduced 30 x 55.5 x 15 mm) to guarantee a highly professional analysis result in every context.

MAIN ADVANTAGES

  • Robust and reliable: e affidabile: thanks to the MEMS technology, the device integrates triaxial sensors and analogue conversion into the device, properties that guarantee robustness. In addition, the extended operational temperature range (-20°C ÷ +70°C) and the high mechanical strength (shock resistance 10,000 g) make it a highly reliable solution.
  • Accurate and precise: the device allows rapid identification of defects, optimization of spare parts management and a timely planning of maintenance activities. The accuracy and precision of the measurement is guaranteed by the traceable calibration certificate made at the INRIM laboratories, the National Institute of Metrological Research. The digitalisation of the data carried out inside the sensor eliminates any electromagnetic or triboelectric problems.
  • Perfetto for every need: the sensor, available in three different measuring ranges ± 2, ± 5 and ± 18 g, meets the different needs. The device is equipped with a standard 3 m integrated cable (available up to 30 m optional), magnetic base for mounting on ferromagnetic surfaces, instruction manuals, drivers and programming examples in the Labview™ environment that allow the development of customized measurement applications.
  • The potential of the instrument is also extended thanks to the application software and the available Accessories that allow to realize Time Signal Analysis, RMS Evaluation, FFT Analysis, Bump Test, Balancing and Data recording.

OPERATING PRINCIPLES

Thanks to MEMS technology, we integrate triaxial sensors and digital analogue conversion into the device.

The data is transferred directly to the PC via a normal USB port or WiFi communication (optional) that also facilitates usage where the installation of lengthy cabling can be difficult. Finally, the integration with the IoT Smart Platform makes the sensor an intelligent, complete and even more advanced analysis tool.
